How we work

Your matter, step by step.

A clear, efficient process designed to keep you informed of where your matter stands, what happens next and who is handling it.

  1. 01

    Consultation

Book a consultation at our Harare offices or by video call. We listen to your objectives, review the documents you have and give you an honest first view of your position and the realistic options open to you.

  2. 02

    Engagement

Once you instruct us, we confirm the scope of the work, the team responsible and how fees will be charged, in writing, before substantive work begins. You know who is handling your matter and how to reach them.

  3. 03

    Strategy and action

We agree a plan built around your agenda. Then we act on it: drafting, negotiating, filing and appearing, with each step taken deliberately and professionally.

  4. 04

    Clear, regular updates

You receive updates by email, phone or messaging, whichever suits you, and documents can be shared and signed electronically wherever the law allows. Questions are answered promptly.

  5. 05

    Resolution and beyond

We bring the matter to a conclusion, explain the outcome and hand over the final documents. Many clients stay with us as their needs change, and we remain available for the next decision.

Questions

Common questions

Do I have to come to the office?

No. Many matters can begin with a phone or video consultation and continue by email and secure document exchange. Some steps, such as signing certain documents before a notary, require you to be present, and we will tell you in advance when that applies.

How are fees charged?

Fees depend on the nature of the work. Some matters suit a fixed fee, others are charged on time spent or according to the applicable tariff. We explain the basis at the outset and confirm it in writing.

Can you act for clients outside Zimbabwe?

Yes. We can work with clients outside Zimbabwe by email and video call, and we can arrange for documents to be signed and authenticated in the form required for use in Zimbabwe.

How quickly will I hear from you?

We aim to acknowledge every enquiry promptly and to arrange a consultation at the earliest convenient time. Urgent matters are prioritised.
