Why we use it

We use information from the contact form to reply to you and to arrange a consultation. We also use it to check for conflicts of interest before we agree to act. We use information from the Vacancies form to consider you for suitable roles at the firm. We record the internet address of a vacancies submission to help protect the form from misuse.

We rely on your consent which you give by ticking the box on each form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to twelve months from our last contact with you and are then deleted. If you become a client your information forms part of your client file and is kept for as long as our professional and legal obligations require.

Expressions of interest sent through the Vacancies page are kept for up to twelve months from the date you submit them and are then deleted. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss and unauthorised access. Access is limited to people at the firm who need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure so please contact us by telephone if your matter is especially sensitive.
